Advanced Composites Course

The Advanced Composites Day Course will be on Saturday 14th May 2011 from approximately 9am to 4pm at Camden Airport, NSW.

This course is for those who have some experience or have completed the introductory course

What the course covers:

  1. Discussion about different resin systems.
  2. Gelcoating a wheel spat mould.
  3. Epoxy safety.
  4. Wet laying a part using epoxy/cloth.
  5. Discussion about core materials, etc.
  6. Theory of vacuum bagging.
  7. Laying up a vacuum bagged flat part.
  8. De-briefing
